Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DropRadar website and services (the “Service”), operated by DropRadar (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
DropRadar monitors publicly available product listings from third-party online stores based in the United States and shows you items that have been marked down, together with optional alerts delivered through Telegram. We are not a store, a marketplace or a reseller: we do not sell, ship or fulfill any product, and every purchase you make happens directly on the third-party store under its own terms, prices, availability, shipping and return policies.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly at support@droppradar.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Memberships and billing
Access to deals and alerts is sold as monthly memberships: $9.99 per month for each product category (7 categories available) or $49.99 per month for the VIP membership that includes all categories. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically every month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. When you add a category to an existing membership, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. When you remove a category, the unused portion of the period is credited to your next invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email or through the Service; the new price applies from your next renewal.
4. Deals, prices and availability
Prices, discounts, sizes and availability are collected automatically from the stores and can change at any moment. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information current and to flag verified price drops, but we do not guarantee that any deal is accurate, available or the lowest price. The “original” or “before” price is the one published by the store; some stores keep products permanently on sale, and we label those stores when we detect it. Always check the final price on the store before buying.
5. Affiliate links
Some links to stores are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission from the store at no additional cost to you. This never affects which deals we show or how they are ranked. This disclosure is made in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides.
6. Telegram alerts
Alerts are sent through Telegram to the account you link. Delivery depends on Telegram and on your settings; we do not guarantee that every alert is delivered or delivered on time. You can disconnect Telegram at any time from your account or by sending /stop to the bot.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your account or alerts with people who do not have a membership; copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the data, alerts or any part of the Service; interfere with or reverse engineer the Service; use the Service for anything unlawful; or attempt to access other users’ accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content (excluding third-party store content and trademarks, which belong to their owners) are owned by DropRadar and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own shopping purposes while your account is in good standing.
9. Third-party stores and trademarks
Store names, brands and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products on sale. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the stores or brands shown, unless expressly stated.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY DEAL WILL BE AVAILABLE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPRADAR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PURCHASE FROM A THIRD-PARTY STORE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DropRadar harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account at any time for breach of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue a paid membership, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court where eligible. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer-protection laws grant you and that cannot be waived.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
